Update on Meg

It is with a heavy heart that I bring you the very sad news that Meg's body has been recovered today.
Yesterday Lisa asked that Meg give a visual on her location via the communicators, the communicator relayed that Meg was in a corner of a sunny field playing with the kittens and Dragonflys.
Earlier that day in a field close to where the communicators had suggested Meg may be located a searcher had commented on the huge Dragonflys that were around, a comment made because in the bitter cold weather they should have been long gone.
So when the reference was made to Meg playing with kittens and dragonflys.. although it was against all the hope those involved in searching for her held, the mood turned from hope of finding Meg alive, to one of a desperate desire to locate Megs body and bring her home, it was clear to those who loved Meg and believed in the communicators that Meg had gone to the bridge.
Sadly, today, Megs communication of her whereabouts was confirmed. She is indeed running free in sunny fields playing with the kittens and dragonflies.

Run free at the bridge sweet Meg, free from pain and safe from harm.

To the countless number of people who gave up their time to search for Meg in truly awful conditions.. you are angels. To those that prayed for her safe return and kept Meg in their hearts THANK YOU. To all at GAP who cherished and loved this little girl and worked so hard to find her our deepest and heartfelt condolences. You showed the true spirit of Dog Rescue.. Meg may have been adopted but she was still YOUR girl, still in your hearts and her welfare and safety was still important. We salute you, you are wonderful.

We are sorry Meg had to leave, but we are glad she was found. It is terrible when you can't find them and you always wonder. So that much was a blessing Mom says.

oh Ben.. we don't know what to say.. we are sorry for Meg. we are sorry that our prayers didn't get there as fast as it should. maybe it was really Meg's time.

Someone said mentioning the rainbow bridge invalidates the hurt of the loss. but we can't help but think that Meg is there right now, running as fast as her greyhound legs can carry her. running like the wind like the butterflies and dragonflies.

Maybe she saw T-man, Uncle Sammi and all the other angels in the Rainbow Bridge.

Thank you everyone for being selfless in the spirit of animal rescue. we hope that they continue to be motivated and not be disuaded by the speckles of failed rescues.

We need more guys like you in this world. until such time that every dog, cat and furry, scaly skinny being is freed from hurt, abandonment and abuse.

thank u so much for being our ears and eyes in places where we are physically incapable of reaching,

I feel much dear friend of Meg: (. We are now going to run in the clouds playing with all the kittens that have crossed the rainbow around the mundo.mami always said when something like this happens, that when viewed at the sky and see a star shine more than others, is Meg from heaven you smile.
A hug my sweet Ben, you want a lot if you do not know by now, even if you are away you want.

Please pass my condolences on to her loved ones.

She runs free and whole again, across the rainbow bridge, until reunited again with those that loved her.

I am so sorry! My mum started leaking. I was so hoping for her safe return. It is a sign the dragonflies, just like when the butterfly came to Gizmo's grave...mum said there is always a sign that they made it. But it is so sad here on earth for our loss.
What a beautiful photo and compassionate words.

What a sad story for those she left behind. I'm sorry to not have dropped by sooner to offer my hopes and prayers.

I like the vision the animal communicator got of Meg playing with the kittens and dragonflies. I hope she is running free at the bridge.

I'll ask T-man Angel to welcome her to her new home. I've already asked him to help Zen Angel who just went to the bridge yesterday. Maybe the three of them can fly together.
